Walk for Kel 2022
We held our third ‘Walk for Kel’ event on the 16th of October 2022, and were joined by so many from around the world walking in memory of our dear Kelly, Lexi and Ava.
Thank you so much to everyone who took part, both in Birmingham and around the globe. Your support is always so appreciated, and it means a lot to see people getting involved with our charity and remembering all that we have lost.
Here are some of our favourite photos from everyone who participated.

Back to the 90’s
On Saturday 21st May we held a 90s themed party dedicated to Kelly, Ava and Lexi, to raise money for the charity work of The Kelly Fitzgibbons Foundation.
We danced the night away to a live DJ, playing all the best 90’s tunes and Westgate Disco favourites (Kelly would have been in her element ).
Tickets included a wood-fired pizza and a complimentary drink. There was also be a charity raffle with prizes very kindly donated by local businesses.
All proceeds went to support the work and campaigning of the foundation, and we’re delighted to announce that we raised an amazing £2500!
A huge thanks to The Crate Cafe in Bosham for hosting the party in Kelly’s honour.

PJ Party for Kel
Thank you to everyone who helped us remember Kelly, Ava, and Lexi on the two-year anniversary of their death, by taking part in #pjpartyforkel.
It was an especially difficult time for anyone who knew Kelly and the girls, so it was comforting to know that so many of you honoured them by doing what Kelly loved best…watching a chick flick, with some wine and munchies.
Here are some of the photos you tagged us in :

Walk for Kel 2021
Our second Walk for Kel event took place on Sunday 10th October.
Thank you to everyone who took part and made kind donations to our charity, here are a selection of the photos. We appreciate the love and support so much in helping to remember our beautiful girls Kelly, Ava and Lexi.
Many thanks, Emma x

#BakeACakeForKel
Knowing the first year anniversary of loosing Kelly, Ava and Lexi would be an extremely difficult time for many people, we thought it would be nice to do something in their memory that all those who loved them could join in with.
Kelly often took the girls to baking classes which they all loved and they often baked at home as well, with lots of pics of the girls licking out the bowls.

We asked our followers to bake a cake in their honour on Sunday 28th March and then light 3 candles – one for each of the precious girls we have lost.
With some help from a wonderful friend Katy and her local baking business Katy Bakes, who generously ran a cake raffle for us we raised over £1500.
We have put together some photos of all the amazing cakes and treats made.

Walk For Kel 2020
At 11am on the 18th October 2020, hundreds took part in a walk in memory of Kelly Fitzgibbons and her two daughters Ava (4) and Lexi (2), who tragically died with gunshot wounds in March of that year. The walk was held to celebrate their memory and to raise funds to establish a charity in their honour. In line with social distancing measures, individual walks took place all over the world- from Birmingham to Brisbane. Many walkers set out in distanced groups of 6 from Kelly’s memorial bench in Bosham, West Sussex.
Thank you to all those who took part in #WalforKel from all over the globe. The event raised over £9000 in memory of our girls and has meant that we could proceed with setting up this charity.
